ELEVATION MISSION: Elevation maintains a commitment to excellence that is driven by our desire for continuous improvement and by our team-based dedication to accountability. Our number one priority is to uncover the specific needs of each client and provide a tailored service to meet those needs with the highest quality product in a timely manner and with measurable results. This approach has led to long-term relationships with clients and is the foundation upon which our company continues to grow.
ELEVATION SERVICES: Our services include but are not limited to: Fee leasing and mineral title, BLM leasehold title, complex WI/NRI review, mineral appraisals, asset reconciliation, GIS mapping and analysis, title curative, in-house contract and placement services, land database software transitions and integrations, and representing buyers and sellers in transactional due diligence.
ELEVATION TEAM: Our team is comprised of experienced and driven landmen and land techs that are held to a high-standard of work-ethic and accountability. We have a zero-tolerance policy of contractors billing erroneously and maintain work platforms that allow for auditing capabilities to confirm that any on-the-clock time billed is in-fact hours committed to the project assigned. We appreciate and praise the rare breed of contractors that have a quality work ethic and we continue to be selective when adding contractors to our growing team.
ELEVATION FOOTPRINT: Elevation team members have experience in every shale basin in the United States, with a primary focus in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. Our state-specific expertise is in Colorado, Kansas, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.
ELEVATION LOCALITY: Because of our firm's proximity to and relationship with regulatory departments, as well as BLM and State Land offices in Colorado and Wyoming, we are able to deploy local resources to gather lease and well files, attend auctions, etc., while having contractors around the country on hand for any title and communicative work that does not require direct proximity to the asset.
